Sydney Bartenders are a boutique group of skilled & dedicated mixologists, flairtenders and cocktail waiters; event bartenders available for hire at private parties and corporate events on a budget that won't break the bank. Operating since 2010 in Sydney and surrounding communities, our aim is to make your event planning and staff hiring as easy as it gets!

For as little as $235, a fully kitted professional Sydney Bartender will entertain you and your guests with delicious cocktails made by order for up to 3 hours. Daily rates plus drinks packages are also available plus our popular BYOB packages, mix and match our party offerings until you find the perfect package to suit your exact requirements.

How do I hire a cocktail bartender?

At Sydney Bartenders we made the booking process as easy as it can be. Whether it is for a hen party at home in Sydney, a wedding in Newcastle or a corporate event in Wollongong! A deposit will be charged to secure the date, the balance due will be charged in full on the day of the event. Unfortunately we are not in position to accept bookings without payment. Please note, all deposit paid are non refundable & non transferable should you end up cancelling the agreed date. As a rule of thumb we recommend booking one bartender for up to 30 guests, additional mixologists are required for events with 30+ guests invited.

How much does it cost to hire a cocktail bartender?

Some might think that the price you pay for hiring a Sydney Bartender is high, but we say it's worth every $$. For as little as $235 you can rest assure knowing that your guests are in great hands and you don't end up spending the evening topping up drinks and clearing empty bottles. Sydney Bartenders will help you plan the cocktails menu, setup the drinks station, serve drinks, they top-up the empty glasses and entertain your guests. Best of all, we can also help you tidy up once your guests are gone. Like we said, well worth every $$!
