How To Hire A Wedding Bar
To hire a wedding bar, the first think you should so is to start planing early. Confirm your venue allows external bar suppliers and ask about any limitations or designated setup areas before you start searching.
Be sure to book well in advance, and clarify what's included like staff, setup time, and number of drinks.
Research & Plan Your Wedding Bar
Understand exactly what is covered in each package. Most options include the bar itself, bartenders, glassware, and some even the alcohol and mixers.
Curate the drinks selection. Decide on your beverages, including signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options like mocktails.

Our Wedding Bar Packages
Wedding bars can be categorised by who pays and what drinks are served. At Sydney Bartenders, we offer a few different packages, including an open bar (hosts pay for all drinks), a limited bar (hosts provide a specific menu), and a dry bar (alcohol-free options only). Other options include the experiential bars like themed or self-serve stations.
Open Bar Packages
The hosts cover all drink costs for guests, who can order freely. Sydney Bartenders provides the full logistics.
Limited Bar Packages
Hosts pay for a curated selection, such as just a couple of cocktails, or beer and wines. Guests pay for all the other drinks.
Dry Bar Packages
Features no alcohol, or drinks. The host provides all the drinks, Sydney Bartenders provides the bar, glassware and the bartender.
Themed Bar Packages
